A great place for a (substantial) snack and a spritz. Sandwiches are made with fresh and simple ingredients and lots of attention. Also salads, cheese platters and charcuterie boards are being offered. In addition, there is the option to create your own sandwiches and to have a takeaway spritz (at half the price). Both guys were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Clearly passionate about making superb sandwiches. The ingredients were fresh, delicious and, plentiful. The 'Surprise Me' was phenomenal, we let the chef work his magic and it was like watching a true artist creating a masterpiece. He let us try each ingredient individually before adding it to the sandwich to demonstrate each layer of freshness and flavour going into it.
The shop front was small and easy to miss and we are glad we found it. The owner definitely deserves the larger shop that he is working towards.- Prezzo a persona

We saw this highlighy rated place when we were eating at the famous pizza place nearby and decided to make time to try it. It didn't disappoint. Owned by a lovely family and managed with their sons. We tried the cheese platter and it was amazing so we had to go back for the sandwiches. They were nice to cut our sandwiches for us seeing that were a couple. They are also conscious to ask for allergies.

Had amazing paninis and cheese platter. This was the only place we repeated in Italy, we always try as many different places as possible but we just HAD to come back to Novità. If we had more time we would have gone 1000 times! Service was so friendly, fair prices and super fresh produce. Highly recommended :)

My wife and I stopped here last night for a drink to check the place out after reading the great reviews. We were greeted and had our seats immediately. The young man working there brought out a complimentary plate of cured meat and a couple little sandwiches to try. They were all so kind and you could feel the family vibe there.
We had an 11am train to catch, but had to come by in the morning to grab a sandwich to eat on the train. Am I ever glad we made time to stop. I got the "surprise me" sandwhich and was blown away the by freshness of all the ingredients. We even saw a man delivering fresh mozzarella that morning. If we ever come back to Napoli, we'll be stopping by for another sandwhich!- Servizio

We walked in ready to choose our own ingredients for our sandwiches, and this lovely lady with long dark curly hair suggested additional ingredients to add to make them extra delicious. All other staff were attentive to our questions/needs and the beautiful lady treated us to sparkling water while waiting for our sandwiches to go. Out of all places we’ve visited to eat in Italy so far, this one by far not only has quality fresh food, its staff genuinely care about their customers. They sent us off with good vibes to our next destination on our last night in Naples. They made us feel welcomed being far away from home. Great food with fresh ingredients! The service was also very good and the staff was very helpful. We got the Pannino al Prosciutto and the Caprese Salad. Both were fantastic.

This was the best sandwich we ever had! The surprise sandwich was absolutely incredible! The staff was lovely, very kind and welcoming 🤍 I highly recommend coming here if you ever visits Napoli.

Excellent filled sandwiches (got the 'surprise me'), with great, proactive, friendly and speedy service. They say they are open til midnight, which is noteworthy (so we can get a packed lunch for Capri the next day). Maradona spritz is easy to drink but packs a punch. Pleasant street walk/roadside dining. Owner even offered to refill my water bottle with ice and water. Would revisit.

This was the best random spot we stumbled upon. Unassuming but when looking at the reviews we decided to stop. Antipasto platter was amazing! A must try. Family owned and they are all really sweet.

The food and atmosphere was very good. The sandwiches we had were fresh and tasted great. The owners and servers were amazing, kind, helpful, genuinely kind people that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We went back two days in a row because they were so nice. Highly recommend to everyone for an excellent fresh sandwhiches and unrivalled hospitality.

Very tasty and large sandwiches. Coffee was delicious. We also got a little taste of limoncello as a goodbye. Owners are very friendly and super nice. Highly recommend this place!

This was absolutely stunning! We came for a quick bite and ended up eating and drinking a lot as it’s an amazing place. The food is phenomenal and cost very little. The service is outstanding. We had 20 hours here in Napoli, but after being here in the first evening, we are now coming back for sandwiches to take with us on our trip!

This was THE BEST salad I've ever tasted and I've had many. The cheese mixed with fresh presto and olive oil, paired with a balsamic drizzle was out of this world. Combine that with the freshest tomatos and vegetables I've ever tasted and sprinkle in a bit of almonds and olives, and you have an Italian master piece! Thank you Annalisa, you have a gift!

They speak Italian and English so I had no issues communicating.
I went here twice during my 3 day trip and on a colder evening they heated my sandwich for me which was lovely.
Well worth a stop.
P.s. I was able to order, have drinks, eat my entire meal , chat, have a spritz and lemoncello while watching the de michele queue barely move.- Servizio
